The mission of AIMSdashboard, LLC is to promote appraisal independence, remove the uncertainty surrounding  appraisal independence standards, and to make the process of conforming to appraisal independence guidelines operational, flexible, and auditable. By way of nimble tools like the Appraisal Independence Management System (AIMS), we help bolster the confidence of the investor, borrower, and lender in the collateral valuation process.
